Color Define North America ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Processing Time

Orders place before 11:00 AM PST are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time & Rates

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary based on destination and order size.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Some items may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, contents, or carrier requirements.

Delivery Issues

Carrier delays due to weather, service disruptions, or other events outside our control may affect delivery times. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
